Order Processing and Shipment
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
We partner with reputable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Estimated delivery times vary based on location:
Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
Non-Metro Cities: 5-7 business days
Remote Areas: 7-10 business days
Please note that these delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions, logistical disruptions, or regulatory requirements.
Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping: Free for orders above INR 999.
For orders below INR 999, a standard shipping fee of INR 50-100 (based on location) will be applied at checkout.
Express Shipping (if available) incurs additional charges as mentioned during checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via email/SMS.
You can track your order on our website or through the courier partner’s tracking portal.
International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Our services are limited to delivery within India.
Delivery Delays
We strive to deliver all orders within the specified timeframe, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or other external factors.
In case of significant delays, we will notify you via email or phone.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to incorrect shipping details or non-availability of the recipient, we will contact you to reattempt delivery.
Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping in such cases.
Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged or tampered package, do not accept it. Contact us immediately at support@iyler.com with images of the package.
In case of missing items, please report within 48 hours of receiving the package.
